Eligibility

Returns are assessed according to item condition, hygiene and safety requirements, manufacturer guidance and applicable Australian Consumer Law. Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted for opened consumable or hygiene-sensitive goods.

How to request a return

Email support@megavapeaustralia.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or video where relevant. Do not send an item back until return instructions are provided.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
